Sorry I don't understand - seems like he was dismissed but with notice although then it suggests that he resigned. Seems to be the same thing - pretty disgraceful from an "ombudsman" and yet they are still angling for a greater role as a certified ADR entity and to remove time limits for a complaint. Surely this activity should have been reported to the police for them to investigate mens rea? This is the story of the ombudsman taking our money to pay for its substandard service and the new ombudsman admitting that they put quality below quantity.
