Commercial property specialists at Portsmouth legal practice, Verisona Law, are welcoming a new member of the team, Julian De Giovanni, who brings with him over a decade of experience in property law.
Julian has made the move from Downie & Gadban solicitors in Alton, where, despite the impact of the recent economic recession, he successfully built a profitable residential development practice with smaller, bespoke developers.
He said: ‘It is good to be part of a bigger firm, but one that is not so big that it has lost its character and drive. Verisona Law is commercially orientated, has the right attitude and some great people to work with.
‘I have always enjoyed working in property. Whether residential or commercial, it can be stressful, but it is often a source of great positivity and excitement for the people involved. It’s always nice to be a part of that.’
