I am all for doing a thorough job and have no particular gripe against lenders having separate representation. But can I implore my fellow legal professionals to try and tailor their requirements to the actual property in question.
It is frustrating and time-consuming to keep trying to argue against the assertion that the lender client will not proceed without a commons registration search for a registered lease on a central London estate.
