I note with interest the report of resistance to new terminology introduced by the Children and Family Act 2014.
During my time as a district judge from 1995 to 2010 and subsequently as a deputy district judge until January this year, I was always impressed by the people who insisted on using the old terminology of custody and access abolished by the Children Act 1989!
