When it comes to dispute resolution, there is plenty of advice available online. But despite that, people still want a human being to reassure them as to the legitimacy and strength of their case and the pros and cons of settling at any particular level.

AI will be able to help some people, some of the time, with some issues. But I think it will remain very much a minority sport for the foreseeable future. There are functions that it is well suited for and where the change may well be much quicker and more profound. I don't believe law is one of them.
