Then the clients are idiots.

It is for the lawyers' professional judgment as to whether the use of AI is appropriate. If another firm can offer a lower price because they use AI, that is a choice for the client to make.

But demanding that lawyers use AI is as logical as me demanding that my doctor use some specialist piece of medical kit that I don't understand.
