If corporate clients are taking more of an interest in software used by solicitors, they should focus on the practice, case and document management systems in use. Efficiency, potentially leading to lower bills, is more likely to come from refined business processes developed in connection with the use of those systems. There is much hype around generative AI - which is a great office tool - but it isn't actually 'intelligent' - that's where practice personnel come in.
