Manchester-based property and affairs solicitor Rebecca Marshall has joined law firm Simpson Millar’s Court of Protection team.
Marshall originally specialised in personal injury law before retraining and moving into Court of Protection in 2022.
As part of her new role, she will work to monitor client’s finances to ensure that they continue to receive the care, support and therapies needed throughout their lifetimes. She will also work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to support client’s access the necessary rehabilitation.
Simpson Millar’s head of Court of Protection Melanie Varey, who is also co-chair of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (CoPPA), commented: 'We are really delighted to be welcoming Rebecca to the team.
