Registered Charity No: 289297 (England & Wales).

BACR is a UK-registered charity uniting and supporting cancer scientists and cutting-edge cancer research in the UK and beyond.

The Associations membership represents all aspects of clinical and experimental Research. The major function of the Association are to organise scientific meetings/workshops on cancer research within the UK, and to provide a platform for presentation of original clinical and experimental research. To fund exchanges between laboratories to encourage knowledge transfer and engender collaborations both nationally and internationally for patients benefit. We therefore provide a space for cancer researchers to meet, network, learn from each other and collaborate, whether a seasoned researcher leading their lab or an Undergraduate or PhD Student.

We provide a space to enable them to display their talents and offer an opportunity to publish their experience on the BACR website. Here you can witness the cutting-edge cancer research and patient advocate contributions your gift supports.

None of this would be possible without your continuous support and the legacies we have been fortunate to receive so far.
