It appears that my colleagues from the Bar are as disgusted with their leadership as we solicitors are with ours. And rightly so. I am afraid neither the Law Society or the CBA will resolve the issue of Grayling's devastation of the Criminal Justice System. Only continued, united, direct action NOW by solicitors and barristers will have any chance of reversing these abhorrent cuts. I appeal to all barristers and solicitors not to be disheartened by this classic Tory "divide and rule" policy. We still hold the key cards if we are brave enough to play them.
