The spineless actions of the Law Society last year brought disunity into play and strengthened the MOJ "a bargaining position and undermined both professions. This resulted in this shoddy agreement. When will our do called leaders realise that the only thing that will stop the MOJ destroying both professions is for us all to stand strong together and not buckle at the first threat. The no returns policy was working and if properly supported our days if action could also have an effect. Appeasement and capitulation achieves nothing
