An MBA or any university other degree will never replace good, old-fashioned experience at the coal face. University education doesn't guarantee success. It's turning into a racket. Institutions are competing internationally for paying students. Every second lecturer is a professor. Everyone has a Master's. PHDs are two a penny. Most degrees (including law) will not return the higher incomes which students expect. We need a complete re-think of education. Degrees are really a form of higher A-level for pre-employment theory and training. How many law graduates will end up working in the profession ? 5% ?
