Loosing or winning cases at court has nothing to do with your grammar and spellings. Whilst these are good ingredients in the presentation of cases however the judges understand such mistakes and make room appropriately to accomodate them - especially when they see that the representative is not a native speaker. Otherwise judges would have started complaining about bad grammar in the courts. The fact is that they are used to them

What judges look for is whether you have a good case, able to present the case and persuade them to believe it. They are not there to mark you down!

In fact it's quite possible for a representative to make the mistakes you pointed out "Loose case"? "..and have winning ..." and still win the case against a native speaker versed in all the fine grammar and poetic eloquence!
