I'm sure we've all witnessed barristers selling their instructing solicitors down the banks at Court many a time unjustly (and often because of their being overbooked and so ill-prepared)...Equally, I'm sure we can all admit that we've occasionally done a less than sterling job of instructing Counsel when we've been up against it.

The professions should be working together not squabbling. If there are issues of quality that need addressing, why don't the honourable members of the bar provide seminars for those instructing them and charge a tidy sum in doing so?
