Take heart! I failed my school scholarship, failed my Greek O-level, took a third in first year Oxford exams, and failed my bar exams.
Then I won a Queens Scholarship, a good honours degree and M.A., was called to the Bar, and served a most prestigious pupillage, before becoming the investment legal director of a well known City institution.
The most worrying thing about your touching video is that you clearly thought you would have passed: you need better insight into the examiners' requirements in order to exceed them. If your current firm cannot help you, your bravery will attract others who can do better. Perhaps you should take a break from your current course, and reconsider everything necessary and desirable to succeed. You can and will do it!
