This is good news but the last thing we want is rushed legislation that answers none of the problems or has gaps and unintended consequences. Good reform takes time so please be patient. And the simple answer for clients is that nothing has changed and we don't have a timetable so they have to think about their own needs eg term about to become too short for a mortgage so they can't wait for reform.
