Why waste your time on this? When i did i gave chapter and verse as did several others.There was no response.when i pressed the sra took three weeks to reply to each mail and 6 months later said they would take no action. when I asked for progress on my colleagues reports they said they had not received any of them.
I had copy mails....at this point i gave up.
They apparently have no logging system.
