I don't think anyone does really believe that the justice system is good or is going to get better with these reforms, but the reality is that since the greedy bankers shafted us all a decade ago, there is insufficient money to go round. So we could have a top notch legal system - but at the expense of what? The NHS? Schools? That is the reality and endlessly pointing out that things are worse than when we were not so broke is futile
