International firm Clyde & Co has further extended its US presence by absorbing Dallas insurance litigation specialist Tillman Batchelor LLP. The firm’s principals Mark Tillman and Colin Batchelor have joined Clyde & Co’s Dallas office as partners and will be joined by their team of six people. 

The merger is the latest expansion of Clyde & Co’s North American and global insurance practice.

Clyde & Co opened its first North American office in New York in 2006. Since then, the firm has grown to 19 offices with over 400 attorneys across the United States and Canada, including over 90 partners.
