To judge by the Legal Aid Agency’s promotional website, its new client and cost management system (CCMS), use of which becomes mandatory in October, confers all these attributes on its users.

Perhaps cynically, Obiter suspects the eye candy on the home page is not a legal aid family lawyer. At least, we don’t know many who can afford a smile like that.
