Judge Beryl Howell ruled on Friday that Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran should appear before a grand jury investigating an inquiry over classified documents.
Reports overnight stated that an appeals court panel had temporarily blocked that order but ordered that the appellants would be given until midnight to file their documents, with prosecutors required to file a response by 6am.
