The altogether too modest Totally Without Merit rocked the 100 Club in Oxford Street, London, last month.
The band, from Surrey firm TWM Solicitors, emerged as winners of the 2016 Law Rocks legal battle of the bands competition. The band features TWM trainee Charlotte Donald with James Acres (guitar and vocals), Will Macauley (bass guitar), Sarah Marchant and Fiona Buckland (backing vocals), Dave Rowlands (drums) and Sam Fisher (keyboard).
Their 25-minute set included songs from Alannah Myles, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera and Heart.
Law Rocks is a global event, with concerts taking place not just in London but also LA, San Francisco, Sydney, Singapore and New York. The winners of the concerts during 2016 will be invited to the global legal Law Rocks next year.
