We cannot conclude our coverage of this month’s 10,000 Steps for Justice challenge without doffing our hat to the team from Womble Bond Dickinson (UK). The firm fielded 203 (socially distanced) walkers – including one who completed the walk on her 95th birthday. Well done Anneliese, the mother of general counsel Nicki Shepherd.
The virtual event, organised by the London Legal Support Trust, replaced the postponed London Legal Walk to raise badly needed funds for legal advice charities. In all, 3,700 walkers, joggers, jugglers and roller skaters took part, raising £215,000 so far.
