A pool table, banquette-style booth seating and a bar are some of the features of top-200 firm Nelsons’ revamped Nottingham office. Pennine House has been the firm’s city centre home for almost 30 years but has had a facelift.

‘The refurbishment is part of our strategic growth plans in Nottingham and demonstrates our investment in the city,’ says Tim Hastings, chairman. ‘We are delighted with the finished look – the new office reflects our aspirations, professionalism and commitment to the local business community in Nottingham.’ According to the firm the first floor, part of which is a new brick-built extension, has been split into a ‘multi-use environment’. This includes ‘a new social space… where employees can work, feel inspired and have their dedication and success rewarded’. With a G&T, perhaps.
