While Jacob Rees-Mogg wants to see more civil servants physically back at their desks, working from home has posed a different kind of dilemma for one of the four inns of court.
Catching up with the rest of legal London, Inner Temple’s hall is reopening for lunch next week. ‘We can’t wait to welcome you back, but we need your help answering a very important question,’ it tweeted yesterday. ‘Do you want fish and chips to come back on Fridays, or are you likely to WFH so another day would be best?’
Could we see the end of Friday fish and chips? Nearly 200 votes have been cast since the poll opened yesterday, with four days left to go.
