Stephanie King competes at the World Triathlon Grand Final on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Competing in the same GB triathlon team as the Brownlee brothers is no mean feat – especially considering Alistair and Jonathan won’t be doing full-time legal work in their down time.

Stephanie King, a property solicitor at Chester firm Aaron & Partners, manages both – and last week she represented her country at the World Triathlon Grand Final on Australia’s Gold Coast.

The 26-year-old finished just outside the top 50 and was the seventh British athlete to finish, tackling the daunting course in temperatures approaching 30°C.

‘I absolutely love my job as a solicitor and I’ve worked really hard to get my career off the ground, but I’m really passionate about triathlon too,’ said King. ‘I train about 20 hours a week before and after work, and occasionally during lunchtimes!’
