Matt Hotson, group chief operating officer at Mishcon de Reya, said: ’Mishcon de Reya has grown significantly over the past ten years and we expect this to continue. To support this rapid growth, we need to have the right operating model for our Business Operations so we are proposing to set up an operations centre in India in line with our goals to provide the highest quality support to our fee earners and in turn, clients.’

He added: ’The proposal is currently under consultation. We have today reached out to all affected individuals in our Business Operations team and are now entering into a period of consultation with them.’
