Manchester firm Ralli has launched an iPhone app to help people keep on the right side of the motoring laws.
The ‘Don’t Drink – Don’t Drive - Keep your Licence’ app, which can be downloaded for free, has been designed to enable drivers to calculate whether their blood alcohol level is within the legal limit before driving.
It provides guidance about the consequences of exceeding the speed limit and the penalties for breaking motoring laws.
Users will also benefit from daily alerts on safe driving tips and updates on motoring laws and regulations.
Ralli’s marketing executive Rob Illidge, who worked on developing the new app with the firm’s motoring law team, said: ‘This tool is about safety first. The app educates people on the dangers of drinking and driving, and speeding and also informs them about the laws.
‘Ralli is leading the way in the legal sector with our everyday, digital solutions for clients – watch this space for more useful iPhone app launches,’ he said.
This is the second iPhone app Ralli has developed. In February, the firm launched the personal injury adviser app to help those who have accident with compensation claims.
