A north west firm has announced the opening of its fourth office just eight years after it was formed. Primas Law will move into the grade-one listed Royal Liver Building in Liverpool to add to offices already established in Manchester, Cheshire and London.
The new base will offer a full range of services including employment, litigation, construction, insolvency, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Primas says it wants to build on its reputation as the ‘north west’s leading boutique commercial firm’.
Managing partner Adam Kerr said: ‘We’re really pleased to have delivered on such an ambitious growth strategy so far this year, with new service offerings and multiple new team members highlighting the positive momentum we currently have. But we’re not stopping there.
‘We’ve got really big ambitions for this coming year, and our new home in Liverpool is key to that. Liverpool has a very dynamic and entrepreneurial business culture which we think we will be a perfect fit for.’
Kerr started the business in 2014 and it has grown from a handful of staff to more than 50.
A trading name of Primas Freeman Fisher Limited, Primas Law increased its net assets from £521,000 to £763,000 in 2020/21.
