Barry Niven and Emma McCarthy have both been promoted to partner at Clifton Ingram.
Barry Niven is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in advising companies, directors and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures, private equity and re-organisations. He is also responsible for the firm’s corporate recovery and insolvency offering.
Based in the firm’s Reading office, Emma McCarthy specialises in wills, probate and estate administration and has a particular interest in elderly client matters. Emma is recommended in the Legal 500 and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and the Law Society Private Client Section.
