Coffin Mew solicitors has strengthened its practice with the appointment of ex-magic circle firm litigator James Russell, as partner and head of dispute resolution.
James Russell joins south-coast law firm Coffin Mew as a commercial litigator with particular experience across all aspects of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including cross-border proceedings. He is also a solicitor-advocate with rights to appear in all higher courts (civil).
James joins the firm from Wilsons where he was a partner, having previously worked as a director at leading litigation boutique Mark Humphries Legal.
He trained and practised in the litigation and arbitration group of Linklaters for a number of years.
