Fenchurch Law has appointed Jonathan Corman as a partner to expand its professional and financial risks capabilities.
Jonathan will work with Rob Fink, a founding partner of Fenchurch Law, to develop and expand the firm’s professions practice focused on pursuing claims for indemnity against insurers, and defending claims made against uninsured policyholders. He will also manage the firm’s relationship with a number of large London market brokers.
Jonathan has joined from Browne Jacobson where he was a partner and was previously a partner at niche professional indemnity defence firm, Squire & Co.
He has been an insurance specialist for over 20 years, concentrating primarily on professional indemnity claims, as well as construction, employers and professional liability and directors and officers claims. He is also a member of the British Insurance Law Association.
David Pryce, managing partner of Fenchuch Law, said: ‘Jonathan’s extensive insurance defence experience brings further breadth and depth to our capabilities.
‘His appointment is evidence of our ability to respond to the growing demands for specialist insurance advice for brokers and policyholders with dedicated and unrivalled levels of expertise to support them through complex disputes.’
