Ogier has announced that Caroline Bormans joins the Luxembourg office as a partner.
Caroline specialises in corporate tax, international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions and relocation of companies, optimisation of intellectual property rights, tax aspects of real estate investments, acquisition of distressed debt and all tax matters related to investment funds.
Caroline has extensive experience, having worked for a Luxembourg corporate law firm, has led global accountancy/professional services firms in Belgium and Luxembourg and her own boutique legal practice, focusing on tax and general business law.
