National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has expanded its commercial litigation teams in Bristol and Taunton with the addition of two new litigation partners.
Greg Saunders (pictured left) joins Clarke Willmott’s Taunton office as a partner in the commercial and private client litigation team and has expertise in all areas of commercial litigation with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, warranty claims, removal of directors and all other common areas in corporate disputes.
Greg has substantial experience in defamation matters and has advised local authorities and large corporates on procurement issues and judicial review.
He is a supervising solicitor for search orders and regularly advises clients on all aspects of injunctive relief, most frequently in the field of ‘springboard’ injunctions as a result of team moves and contravention of restrictive covenants in employment contracts.
Richard Moore joins Clarke Willmott’s Bristol office as a partner in the commercial and private client litigation team.
Richard specialises in high-value commercial and intellectual property litigation and also has considerable experience in cross-border litigation having successfully handled cases for UK-based clients in the Republic of Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and the US in recent years.
Clarke Willmott’s national head of commercial and private client litigation, Owen Williams, partner, said: ‘Clarke Willmott LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Greg and Richard who between them bring considerable additional experience to our commercial and private client litigation service offering.’
