Nottingham’s Junior Lawyers Division has added to its committee with the appointment of three members of Fraser Brown Solicitors’ Nottingham team, Jay Singh, Tiran Sandhu and Alicia Yilmaz. Singh, a trainee solicitor, has been appointed as chairman of the division and Sandhu, a commercial property solicitor, has taken the role of vice chair. Commercial property paralegal Yilmaz has taken on the responsibility of student representative. The Fraser Brown trio will hold their respective roles in the division for a one-year term.

And the promotions continue in Leeds with the associate appointments of Mel Bulmer, Kirsteen McFadzean, Nicky Morgan and Lindsey Hodges as part of Shulmans’ career development scheme, ‘Forward with Shulmans’. Bulmer and McFadzean have been promoted in the Shulmans business support team; Morgan has been promoted in the plot sales team; and Hodges has been promoted within the firm’s QCAS division, a leading provider of conveyancing services.
