North east law firm Tilly, Bailey & Irvine has promoted Wendy Beacom, Sara Garnett and Andrew Beattie to equity partner, Jackie Blackwell and Christine Smith to family executives, Shamin Ali to salaried partner and Georgia Wilkinson to associate solicitor.
