Gowling WLG (UK) LLP has appointed Michael Carter, Sara Chambers, Chris Letters and Senay Nihat as partners.
The new partners represent each of the firm's four practice groups: corporate, finance & tax; commercial, employment, pensions & projects; dispute resolution; and real estate.
Carter, an IP litigator in the firm's patents team, is head of Automotive IP (UK). Chambers, in the pensions team, specialises in risk transfer transactions alongside her portfolio of trustee advisory work.
Letters is part of the corporate team and advises on complex and high-profile work for private equity houses, mergers and acquisitions and indirect real estate work. Nihat will spearhead leasehold work in the Living sector, and support the firm's growing telecoms sector.
