Rosenblatt today announces the promotion of Elizabeth Weeks to Partner.

Weeks joined Rosenblatt in 2017, prior to this she had spent the majority of her career at West End private client firm, Boodle Hatfield. She acts for clients on a wide range of complex and high-value contentious commercial issues and has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution including in litigation, arbitration (under a number of different institutional rules) and adjudication. 

She has acted on a wide variety of disputes encompassing contractual disputes, commercial fraud, breach of duty, jurisdictional challenges, company, shareholder, partnership and family business disputes and professional negligence claims. Her work often involves urgent court applications and application of foreign law. Weeks’ private wealth experience has also seen her acting for clients in the arts and luxury assets sector.

Weeks also advises clients on a range of construction matters comprising the full project lifecycle. This includes advice on procurement methods and the negotiation and implementation of construction contracts through to dispute avoidance and resolution.
