PCB Byrne has promoted Olga Bischof to its equity partnership.
Commercial litigation and arbitration expert Bischof joined PCB Byrne in 2023 as a consultant partner. She was previously a partner at Brown Rudnick.
Bischof has worked on a number of notable cases including representing Hermitage Fund in relation to a series of complex frauds perpetrated against it across multiple jurisdictions, which led to the largest fraud case in history against the Russian Federation State budget.
Sara Teasdale, managing partner at PCB Byrne, said: 'We are thrilled to add such experienced and knowledgeable individuals to the team at PCB Byrne. Since our merger, the firm has gone from strength to strength continuing to act in high value and complex commercial fraud cases. Olga will play a central role in providing first class advice to our existing clients whilst also taking an instrumental role in the future success of the firm.'
Bischof added: 'I am delighted to be joining the partnership bringing my expertise in commercial litigation matters. My experience of the firm as a consulting partner has been overwhelmingly positive and with its international reach and strong reputation it is an ideal home for me to further develop my practice.'
