Amar Legal, a niche employment law firm, provides clients with comprehensive services – be it in labour law, collective agreements, restructuring, international mobility and other issues relating to employment law. Sophie provides advisory and litigation assistance to a client base made up of both French and foreign clients. Drawing on renowned expertise for all aspects of employment law and an approach that incorporates all aspects of a business, the firm has distinct expertise particularly in anticipating and managing crisis situations linked to an increased use of new technologies.
Sophie Amar stated: ‘Over the years, as a matter of fact, we have gained particular expertise in risk prevention and management: filtering employee emails, exploiting private data, telecommuting, private use of social networks, specific cases involving psychosocial risk factors, all of which constitute issues that companies can no longer afford to ignore, to the extent that it has become necessary to anticipate them in order to establish the correct tools.’
Sophie, aged 42, has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1996.
