Law firm Thrings has welcomed partners Kate Egan-Martin and Naomi Manton to its development of land service.
Egan-Martin joins from HMRC and advises on residential development from exclusivity agreements through to plot and ground rent sales. She acts for public sector landowners on commercial and mixed-use developments and regeneration projects.
Manton joins from Persimmon PLC and advises developers and registered providers on the acquisition and disposal of land for development, including sales to registered providers and private rented sector investors by way of golden brick and turnkey agreements.
Ros Trotman, partner and head of development of Land, said: 'It is fantastic to have lawyers of both Kate and Naomi’s calibre join us at Thrings, bringing a wealth of experience from across the sector that will be invaluable to the clients they will be working with.
'They are joining a team experienced in the legal and commercial elements of development schemes, having built a reputation for providing practical advice and solutions throughout projects, from concept to delivery. I look forward to them hitting the ground running.'
