North west law firm Farleys Solicitors has expanded its insolvency team with the appointment of partner Jane Haymes and newly-qualified solicitor Olivia Cooper.
Haymes joins Farleys' Preston office with over 30 years' experience in corporate insolvency, formal insolvency procedures, related claims, court applications and recovery work.
Cooper, who originally joined as an insolvency executive, completed her training contract with the firm.
The insolvency and commercial litigation team also comprises of partner and head of the team Mark Hague, solicitor Ella Holden, paralegal Armin Pishro, and legal assistant Sarah Hill. The team act for business owners, directors, insolvency practitioners, and creditors at various stages of the insolvency process.
Hague said: 'I am delighted to welcome Jane to the team and to see Olivia’s hard work recognised in her securing a post-qualification role with us. Over the last few years not only has the quantity of work the team has been instructed on increased but the quality of that work has massively improved too and the appointments of Jane and Olivia will enable us to grow further.
