Fraser Brown Solicitors has added to its business services team with the appointment of Sarah Forth as a paralegal and Hannah Raven as an assistant solicitor.

In her new position, Sarah will be assisting with transactions and providing general corporate support, as well as assisting the rapidly expanding franchising team at Fraser Brown.

Sarah, from Sherwood, who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2013, joins Fraser Brown from Browne Jacobson, where she worked as a paralegal in social care, insurance and public risk.

Sarah said: ’I am very proud to be joining such a well-respected firm, which is known for delivering quality legal services as well as being a sociable team.

’The business services team works with a varied and dynamic client base and has an extremely strong franchise offer that is known throughout the country. I’m looking forward to working with that client base, building new relationships and working alongside a driven team.’

Hannah Raven, who lives in Nottingham and is a member of the Nottingham Junior Lawyer’s Division, studied geography at the University of Liverpool before returning to Nottingham to undertake a law conversion course.

Hannah, who is a specialist in corporate law, will be responsible for assisting the Fraser Brown team on a variety of business sales deals, acquisitions and will provide general corporate advice to clients.  

She said: ’I was keen to join Fraser Brown as it is a well-established firm which has a great reputation in the city. I’m looking forward to getting involved with the firm’s growing corporate offering and I’m pleased to be a part of the business services team.’

Sarah and Hannah’s appointment brings the business services team to a total of eight.

The law firm, which has offices in central Nottingham, Radcliffe on Trent and Bingham, continues its upward trajectory with staff numbers now in excess of 100, the business has grown considerably over the last five years.
