National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP is expanding its social housing team following a number of high-profile client wins.
Consultant Jonathan Passman joins the commercial property team based in London. Jonathan specialises in social housing, including development, planning and stock transfers. He brings experience from a number of national house-building and property companies including Circle Housing, London & Quadrant and Poplar Harca.

Jonathan Stokes has been appointed as head of plot sales in the commercial property team and will be working across the Taunton, Southampton and Bristol offices. Jonathan returns to Clarke Willmott after 16 years working with builder developers and in providing volume legal services for building societies and a high street bank.
Clarke Willmott’s social housing team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and advises an extensive client base. The new appointments will help the firm to maintain its high profile, and enhance its services within this high-growth sector.
