Neil Acheson-Gray has joined Carter Lemon Camerons LLP. With a wealth of experience gathered over the course of a career spanning more than three decades, he will head the private client team at the firm.

Prior to joining Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, Neil spent six years at another prominent City of London law firm, where he successfully developed that firm’s contentious probate capability. This followed 25 years as a partner in his family’s firm, with offices in Marble Arch and Richmond.

Neil is able to advise on a wide range of areas including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependents) Act 1975, contested wills, estate planning, wills, probate, trust creation and administration, court of protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as a range of other private client matters.

Also joining Carter Lemon Camerons LLP is Aleksandra Kowalska. Aleksandra has more than 10 years of experience in law firms, advocates’ offices and non-governmental organisations.

She brings with her a wealth of experience including representing clients in courts at all levels in criminal, civil and cross-jurisdictional matters.

Aleksandra has a strong track record of advising companies and high net worth individuals on a variety of immigration matters and has represented Polish and international firms on establishing their businesses in Poland.

Prior to joining Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, Aleksandra was admitted as a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association, having achieved a masters degree in Law from the University of Gdansk and having qualified as an advocate. Aleksandra has also achieved degrees in EU Law and American Law.
