David Hughes has today joined the commercial litigation department at Stewarts Law as a partner. He joins from Dechert LLP, and was previously head of banking and finance litigation at Berwin Leighton Paisner and DLA Piper.
David brings with him a wealth of experience, in particular advising governments, sovereign funds and institutional clients on complex fraud and regulatory issues. He has also had significant experience in conducting financial regulatory reviews.
