Law firm Howes Percival has expanded its Cambridge real estate team with the appointment of construction law expert, Simon Franklin as a director.
Simon joins the firm from London based Teacher Stern LLP and will head-up the construction team across all Howes Percival’s offices.
Simon specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction law. He has considerable experience advising on a wide range of projects including hotels, high-end residential refurbishments, multi-million-pound commercial/retail developments, as well as public sector social housing.
