National specialist pensions law firm Arc Pensions Law has hired senior associate Archana Gupta to its London office.
Gupta, who joins the firm from Squire Patton Boggs, specialises in advising on scheme mergers, buy-in and buy-out transactions, GMP equalisation, and problematic transfers.
She also advises on the introduction of benefit options, such as bridging pensions, enhanced transfer value exercises and pension increase exchange exercises. Gupta recently returned from a secondment to the Pensions Regulator.
Kate Payne, managing partner, commented: 'We are thrilled to have Archana joining our London office. Her extensive experience across the full range of private workplace pension schemes makes her a great addition to the specialist team at Arc Pensions Law.'
Gupta commented: 'I am delighted to join the team of highly skilled legal experts at Arc Pensions Law, with a reputation for delivering outstanding advice on all aspects of pensions law.'
