Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons have appointmented a new partner to the commercial team. Sarah Webb is an experienced commercial lawyer with specific expertise in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property across the private, public and charitable sectors.

She joins the firm from Anthony Collins Solicitors where she spent 10 years leading its governance and commercial team.
