One of High Wycombe’s leading law firms has appointed a new commercial property solicitor to its team of legal specialists.
Kalbir Gill joins Reynolds Parry Jones LLP from a firm in Gerrards Cross, where she acted for high net worth clients.
Prior to qualifying at the Surrey-based firm where she trained, Kalbir gained a first class degree in Law from Brunel Law School before achieving a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
Over the course of her studies, Kalbir was recognised as ’Finalist Student of Exceptional Overall Merit’, ’Highest Achieving Law Student’, ’Top Criminal Law Student’ and ’Top Criminology Law Student.’
At Reynolds Parry Jones LLP, Kalbir deals with a range of commercial property matters including new leases and assignments (for landlord and tenant clients) and the sale or purchase of freehold and leasehold property.
She also has experience of negotiating documents such as deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, authorised guarantee agreements, deeds of covenant, licences, rent deposit deeds, loan agreements and section 106 agreements.
